Welcome to Ovacity. Ovacity is an online learning platform that provides access to past questions, quizzes, study insights, learning resources, bookstore materials, quiz rooms, teacher tools, parent control features, subscriptions, billing, and referral features. By using Ovacity, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Ovacity is provided to support learning, revision, exam preparation, teacher support, parent support, and educational resource access. Users must use the platform responsibly and only for lawful educational purposes.

Users may need to create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for keeping their login details safe and for activities that happen under their account. Users should provide accurate information and should not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized details.

Ovacity may offer paid plans and a 7-day free trial. Access to some features may depend on the selected plan. Free trials are subject to eligibility rules and may be limited to one trial per user or account. Ovacity may restrict duplicate or abusive trial use.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Paystack or another configured provider. By making a payment, users agree to the price, plan, billing period, and payment terms shown at checkout. Payment records, subscription dates, and billing history may be stored for account, support, and compliance purposes.

Subscription fees and digital purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where Ovacity decides otherwise. Users may contact support for billing issues, duplicate charges, failed access after payment, or other payment concerns.

Refund requests, digital download access, creator-sold item disputes, chargebacks, and payout adjustments are also governed by Ovacity's Refund Policy.

Ovacity may allow users to purchase books, PDFs, study packs, revision materials, learning guides, and other digital educational resources through the Bookstore.

Some items may be published by Ovacity, while others may be published by approved creators. Purchased items may appear under My Purchases.

Users may not resell, redistribute, upload elsewhere, share publicly, or make purchased materials available to others without permission.

Ovacity may allow approved creators to publish and sell digital books and learning resources through the Ovacity Bookstore. Creators are responsible for ensuring that the materials they upload are accurate, lawful, original, properly licensed, and suitable for educational use.

Creators must not upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights, contains stolen, copied, pirated, or unauthorized materials, contains misleading, harmful, abusive, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content, claims false official endorsement by WAEC, GES, schools, government bodies, or examination bodies, or misleads users about exam guarantees or guaranteed results.

Ovacity may review, approve, reject, hide, remove, suspend, or delete creator content that violates platform rules or creates risk for users or the platform.

For creator-sold items in the Ovacity Bookstore, Ovacity takes a 15% platform share on each successful sale. This 15% includes payment processing fees, including Paystack or other configured payment provider fees, and Ovacity platform and service charges.

The remaining balance is credited to the creator as creator earnings, subject to refund rules, chargebacks, reversals, fraud checks, and any required account review.

If a creator item is sold, the creator's gross earning is calculated after Ovacity's 15% platform share has been deducted.

Ovacity does not guarantee that creators will make sales, earn a specific amount, or receive a fixed number of buyers. Creator earnings depend on user demand, pricing, content quality, marketing, platform rules, and successful payments.

Creators may request withdrawal when their available creator balance exceeds GHS 50. Ovacity processes creator payouts weekly, subject to review, valid payout details, fraud checks, refund or chargeback checks, and platform approval.

Ovacity may delay, reject, reverse, or hold payouts where payment is suspected to be fraudulent, a buyer dispute, refund, chargeback, or reversal is pending, creator account details are incomplete or inaccurate, creator content violates Ovacity policies, or there is suspected abuse of the platform.

Creator payouts may be made through available payout methods supported by Ovacity.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and disputed payments may affect creator earnings. If a sale is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Ovacity may deduct or reverse the related creator earnings from the creator's available balance, pending balance, or future payouts.

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By publishing on Ovacity, creators grant Ovacity permission to host, display, market, sell, deliver, protect, and process access to that content through the platform.

Creators must only upload content they own, created, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to publish and sell.

Ovacity may remove creator content, suspend creator selling access, withhold payouts, or terminate creator access where content violates rules, creates legal risk, harms users, or affects platform trust and safety.

The Library may contain free learning materials and resources. Some materials may be owned by Ovacity, uploaded by authorized users, or provided from permitted sources. Users should use materials for personal learning and educational purposes only.

Users may create quiz rooms, add questions, invite others, or participate in group practice. Users are responsible for content they create or upload. Users must not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, copyrighted, misleading, or inappropriate content. Ovacity may remove content that violates these terms.

Ovacity may provide teacher tools for private lesson preparation, teacher exam preparation, and AI-supported resource drafting. Ovacity may also provide parent control features for managing children's learning access. Users should only add student or child information they are authorized to manage.

Ovacity may provide a Refer & Earn feature. Users may earn 20% when a referred user makes their first successful paid payment, subject to Ovacity's referral rules. Rewards do not apply to free trials, failed payments, abandoned payments, refunded payments, duplicate payments, or renewals unless Ovacity states otherwise. Minimum payout is GHS 20. Ovacity may review, reject, reverse, delay, or cancel referral rewards suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or invalid.

Users must not:

• Share login credentials with others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or damage the platform.
• Abuse free trials, subscriptions, payments, referrals, or promotions.
• Upload illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or offensive content.
• Copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute Ovacity content without permission.
• Use the platform to impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or subscription limits.

Ovacity's brand, design, interface, content structure, platform features, and original materials belong to Ovacity or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content except where explicitly allowed.

Ovacity is an independent learning platform. Unless clearly stated, Ovacity is not officially affiliated with WAEC, GES, or any government examination body. Past questions, study materials, model answers, explanations, and learning guidance are provided for educational support.

Ovacity provides learning support, explanations, model answers, study insights, quizzes, and revision tools. While we aim to provide useful and accurate educational content, Ovacity does not guarantee exam results, admission outcomes, grades, or performance.

Ovacity may update, improve, remove, suspend, or change features, plans, pricing, content, or access rules from time to time. We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Ovacity may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, misuse referrals or trials, share paid content illegally, attempt unauthorized access, or create security risks.

To the extent permitted by law, Ovacity is not responsible for indirect losses, missed learning goals, exam outcomes, device issues, internet problems, third-party payment provider issues, or unauthorized account activity caused by a user's failure to protect their login details.

Use of Ovacity is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Ovacity may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ovacity means users accept the updated terms.
